I have analyzed our 18 Blackhand attempts from Sunday March 15th. Below are the results:
Average Item Level: 673.7
Lowest Average Item Level to Kill H. Blackhand with 18: 642.9
Obviously, this means we definitely have the gear to beat him, which we all knew already.
Number of Deaths Caused by Tanks Losing Aggro: 5 - Possible tank failure
Number of Slow deaths: 26 - Possible healer failure
Potions Used in the Last 9 Pulls:
Before this point, we never reached phase 3 so it makes sense to not use potions. However, once we mastered phase 2, we should start maximizing our output including using 2 potions each pull that we use bloodlust. Each person should have 12 potions used (9 prepots, 3 bloodlust) if they were alive when phase 3 happened. Based on the 3 pulls we reached phase 3, the following number of potions should have been used. In addition, Outbreak used 3 potions incorrectly on pulls that never reached phase 3.

These should be use in almost every single progression fight. We had 18 attempts meaning we should have 18 potions each. However, we only had 31 total used all night.
Melee Sent Into Stands in Phase 2:
Each melee should have been hit up 42 times.
Every time someone misses, that results in a DPS loss as they are flying through the air for no purpose.
Deaths Caused by Impale:
Total: 56 - Completely Avoidable Deaths
These deaths were caused because someone got hit with a spear. Some spears are unavoidable and some may have been at the end, but these numbers should be nearly 0.
Deaths Caused by Exploding Slag Mines:
Total: 30 - Completely Avoidable Deaths
These deaths were caused because the person set off a mine or were near a mine that someone else set off. No mines should be hit the whole fight so these deaths should be 0. Some of these were caused after a wipe was called.
Damage Taken from Edge of Room in Phase 1:
The edge of the room should be completely avoided by everyone but tanks to reduce all damage from Molten Slag.
